The Historic St. Ives & Vendome Apartments
Built in 1898 (The Vendome) and 1913 (The St. Ives) by Judson W. Hall and designed by the noted local architectural firm Barker & Nourse, these historic apartments have stood the test of time. The five story brick buildings still display many of the original beautiful features that made these buildings notable for their day including pressed metal bay windows, sandstone lintels, and two decorative sandstone panels embedded into the buildings.
Renovated in late 2021 & Early 2022, each unit has undergone a full refresh and modernization which include newly refinished original hardwood flooring, updated kitchens and bathrooms, as well as a new intercom and security system.
The St. Ives & The Vendome apartments are less than a 15 minute walk to Union Station and conveniently located 5 minutes walkng to Polar Park and The Hanover Theater with easy access to numerous area schools, amenities, area employers, and transit routes.
